We WON'T BE SENDING OUT FORMAL INVITATIONS by mail, as the save-the-date you received is serving as the official invitation to our wedding events. All of the important details—like timing, locations, and accommodations—can be found here on our website. We’ll continue to update it if anything changes along the way. Unfortunately, there is a chance that we will run out of rooms at the Inn at Glenora Wine Cellars.  WE WILL DO OUT BEST TO ACCOMODATE ALL ROOM REQUEST. Once the RSVP deadline has passed, we will reach out to everyone with their room assignments. 

If we run out of space, we will provide alternative options nearby for guests. 

The reception will feature a buffet with a large variety of options, and we hope there will be something for everyone. However, if you have SPECIFIC DIETARY NEEDS OR ALLERGIES, PLEASE FEEL FREE TO REACH OUT TO ONE OF US, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

There is FREE PARKINGavailable at Roseland Waterpark, as well as at Glenora Wine Cellars. We’ve chosen to hold our entire wedding day, along with the room block, at Glenora Wine Cellars to make it convenient for our guests and ensure a safe and easy stay. If you are not staying at Glenora, please be sure to make transportation arrangements for after the event, as ride shares and taxis can be difficult to find in the area.

We’re excited to invite you to our wedding with a BLACK TIE dress code. We’d love for you to dress in your most formal attire with an effortless touch. Gentlemen can wear classic tuxedos or formal suits, with or without a tie. Ladies, please opt for glamorous gowns or elegant cocktail dresses. The room block information is provided in the RSVP FORM, where you can let us know if you need a room reserved. We’ve reserved the entire property for our guests, and all details are included in the online RSVP form.

On Friday, you’re welcome to arrive anytime and enjoy Roseland Water Park for the entire day with your included tickets.

THERE WILL BE A GROUP PHOTO AT SPLASH FACTORY AT 11:15am. You will receive a coupon for lunch, and dinner will be at Glenora at 7:30pm

On Saturday, the ceremony will start promptly at 4:15pm, so please arrive between 3:30PM AND 4:00PM to ensure you have time to settle in. We look forward to sharing this special moment with you!

To help us capture the magic of our special day, we’ll provide a QR code that you can use to upload and share your photos from the events. We encourage you to take as many pictures as you’d like throughout the celebrations! However, WE KINDLY ASK THAT YOU REFRAIN FROM USING YOUR CELL PHONE DURING THE CEREMONY TO ENSURE A SERENE AND UNINTERUPTED EXPEREINCE FOR EVERYONE. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, and we look forward to seeing the wonderful moments you’ll capture and share!

We’re excited to celebrate with you at our day-before waterpark party! Please wear BLACK BATHING SUITS  or black casual sundresses and cover-ups to keep things coordinated and fun. To help our photographer capture all the memories, we’ll be giving everyone wristbands, so they know you are part of the party. Get ready for a day of splashes, smiles, and good times—we can’t wait to see you there!

We had to set an early RSVP deadline because of how Glenora Wine Cellars handles the room block. AFTER A CERTAIN DATE, ANY UNBOOKED ROOMS ARE RELEASED TO THE PUBLIC. We want to make sure everyone has plenty of time to reserve a room so that the block can be filled with our wedding guests.

WE WILL REACH OUT AND LET EVERYONE KNOW WHEN ITS TIME TO CALL AND BOOK YOUR ROOM. We’ve reserved the entire property, but please note that the deposit must be paid before May 1, 2026. Once we have let you know that the room block is open, be sure to reserve your room before the cutoff.

At the end of July, the weather in the Finger Lakes region, is typically warm and summer-like. The average temperatures are around 80°F to 85°F and nighttime lows are around 60°F to 65°F. July tends to be one of the wetter months, with occasional thunderstorms or showers, especially in the afternoon or evening.

GUESTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR GETTING THEMSEVLES TO AND FROM ROSELAND WATERPARK ON FRIDAY. as well as any activities they wish to do on Saturday before the festivities begin. However, all wedding events will take place at Glenora Wine Cellars, so NO TRANSPORTATION IS NEEDED FOR SATURDAY'S CELEBRATION.

To ensure a seamless and energetic night, we’ve spent countless hours working with our DJ to curate the perfect playlist for you. While they WON'T BE TAKING REQUEST THROUGHOUT THE NIGHT, we’ll do our best to incorporate the songs you included in your RSVP. Get ready to dance and enjoy the vibe we've carefully crafted just for you!

We truly appreciate your presence at our celebration! While WE AREN'T HAVING A TRADITIONAL GIFT REGISTRY, if you would like to give a gift, cash contributions would be greatly appreciated. Your kindness means so much to us and is truly the best gift we could ask for!

We’ve chosen NOT TO CHANGE our last names after the wedding. We will each continue using our own names, as they reflect our individual identities and the lives we've built. While we’re coming together in marriage, we’re also honoring the unique paths that brought us here. We appreciate your support and understanding as we celebrate this next chapter—together, with love, and with the names we’ve always had.
